• Lesson Schedule:

  • Students must adhere to the agreed-upon lesson schedule.

• Student Tardiness:

  • If a student arrives late, the lesson will begin from their entry time, and the missed time will not be compensated.

• Rescheduling Policy:

  • Students who take three lessons per week are allowed to reschedule up to two lessons per month.

• Payment Policy:

  • Fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month to ensure continued access to lessons.

• Lesson Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to be rescheduled.
  • If a cancellation is made 3 to 4 hours before the lesson, the session will be counted as attended and non-refundable.

• Monthly Progress Reports:

  • Teachers will provide monthly reports for each student, including:
    • Past learning plan and achieved goals.
    • Upcoming learning plan and new objectives.

• Teacher Absence:

  • If a teacher is absent, the lesson will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, the session fee will be deducted from the next invoice.

• Teacher Delays:

  • If a teacher is late, the missed time will be compensated within the same lesson.
