• Beginner Level

  Head off your journey with a solid foundation of  Fiqh Islamic Jurisprudence, covering:

  • Identifying the meaning of Fiqh.

  • Clearing up the importance of Fiqh in a Muslim’s life. 

  • Developing a good grasp of the wisdom behind Islamic rulings.

  • Introduction to the rulings of basic worship acts, such as purification, prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, and so on.

   

• Intermediate Level

  At this level, we expand the content to have:

  • A deeper study of rules from the essentials, such as the rules of Hajj, zakat, purification, prayer, and fasting to various worship performances.

  • Learning about financial transactions, like sales types, loans, endowments, partnerships, and overall financial dealings in Islam.

  • Learning about the personal status and family matters laws, covering the issues of marriage, divorce, and inheritance. 

   

• Advanced level

  In this advanced Islamic Jurisprudence program, you can gain wider knowledge about legal determinations and principles. You will learn the Islamic criminal justice system, including punishments, Hudud, Qisas, and principles that guide the implementation of justice in Islam. Then, we focus on the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) and studying different schools and scholars, such as Hanafi Fiqh course, Maliki Fiqh course, and Hanbali Fiqh course to prepare you for a deeper grasp and application of Fiqh in complex scenarios.

   

• This Course Will Enable You to

  •  Perform the basic acts of worship correctly.

  • Realize the spiritual significance of Fiqh Islamic Jurisprudence.

  • Be aware of the rights and obligations of individuals and Legal aspects.  

  • Gain essential Islamic concepts related to important subjects, like  purification, ablution “wudu”, ritual bathing “ghusl”, and “tayammum”.

  Discover significant prayer rules:

  •  Starting from pillars of prayer.

  •  Along with the conditions of wiping over socks.

  • Sujood sahw “prostration of forgetfulness”.

  • making up missed prayers.

  • Excuses of being late to Salah.

  • Considerations for travelers.

  • Friday prayers.

  • Special occasions like Eid prayers and Taraweeh prayers.

  • Determine who is eligible to receive Zakat and the obligations of giving.

  • Be aware of the rules of fasting, the recommended fasting days, and how to make up for the missed days.

  • Be aware of the rules of Hajj and Umrah, including their importance, rewards, and requirements for performing them.

  • Be aware of the rulings related to death and funeral procedures.
